Brand new luxuriously furnished and air-conditioned ocean-view home in a guarded and gated community, Costa Esterillos, on the Pacific coast, 13 miles south of Jaco and 27 miles north of Quespos and Manuel Antonio.

The house has three master bedroom suites, each with its own provate bathroom, California closet, king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wall-handing flat-screen TV and DVD player.   Each has a view of the infinity pool and the ocean.

The house also has an ocean-view den, with a leather full-size sofa bed, lounge chair, desk and chair, wall-hanging flat screen TV and DVD player,.  There is an adjoining  1/2 bath.

There is a large living room/dining room area overlooking the infinity pool and the ocean, with a large wall-hanging TV that swivels toward each area as well as a DVD/CD surround-sound.  The living room has a comfortable three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, two chairs, four side tables wiith lamps, and a coffee table.  The dining room has a large square table that seats eight and a buffet.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, a large double-door refrigerator with ice-maker, oven, stove, microwave oven, under-cabinet lighting, and two counter stools.

The infinity pool deck consists of a large table that seats eight under a floating umbrella, four loungers and two side tables. The house is beautifully landscaped with a garden path out back.

The house also has a two-car garage and a laundry room.  Original native art is displayed in every room.

When completed in the spring of 2010, the beach-front clubhouse, with its infinity pool, locker rooms, bistro, and gym, will be available to those renting the house.
