Pacific View Villa is one of the few vacation rentals in Dominical that offer access to the beach on-foot. A short 7 to 8 minutes walk down from a 400 feet elevation leads you to Playa Dominicalito, 2 km long beach that is not only picturesque but ideal for jogging, strolling and sunset gazing. When the surf is up, this beach is also popular with surfers, while the main surfing beach, Playa Dominical, is just 4 km away.   

The view from the villa is as close-up as it gets for a seaside hideaway in Dominical. There is absolutely nothing to obstruct the ocean view, and before you are nothing but the shimmering sea and a beautiful assortment of rainforest vegetation. For those who value privacy, there is no prying eyes except those of birds, squirrels and monkeys.

Grocery and restaurants are available in Dominical (2.5 miles) or in Uvita (9 miles) which offers supermarkets, banks, car rentals and tours agencies. You can also stop over and get stocked up in larger supermarkets found in Jaco or Quepos on the way to Domincal on your arrival day.

The coastal highway to Dominical has been newly paved in 2009, creating an attractive option for visitors who wish to make day trips to Manuel Antonio National Park, now only 45 minutes from Dominical.

Those who fly into San Jose has the option to connect flight to Quepos, and from there, hire a car and just drive the 40-minute distance to Dominical.
