Vacation Rentals Owners - Free and Easy Self-Listing
Owners of private vacation homes who wish to promote their properties as vacation rentals on our website can self-list their properties by following a few simple steps.

Nothing to pay unless your listings have generated rental income
We operate an honesty-based referral system whereby all reservation requests made online are forwarded to your email. We act simply as a referral forum. We record the reservation requests and periodically we email you a referral report which you confirm or adjust based on the actual occupancy resulted from our referrals. We then invoice you based on this occupancy report. We trust that the vast majority of homeowners will report accurately and will be happy to pay a nominal fee for the rental income we help generate.
Note that we are entitled to our fee as long as the renters we referred to you have booked and paid, regardless of changes of dates, rates or properties from the original reservation request. Note also that we do randomly survey our website users to get feedback on their booking experience and the quality of their stay.
Our referral fee is 10% of the total rental income, subject to our ‘cap’ policy, that is, if the rental is for a period of more than 30 days, you do not pay any fee after the first 30 days.
If you require, reservations requests for your properties can be channeled to our sales team, and we will respond to the requests and communicate with the renters through calls, emails or in person until they are ready to book, at which stage you take over and process the rental agreement and payment. In closing the sale and handing over the rental details to you, we are entitled to 15% of the total rental income.
On a request basis, we may be able to collect the payment on your behalf, which means invoicing and processing payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfers, and transferring the net income to your designated bank account after the stay. There is a $50 fee for this service plus bank or institution fees. In this scenario, you will still be responsible for issuing the rental agreement and securing the damage deposit on arrival.
For homeowners who need our help with the whole vacation rental process, we will enter into a Vacation Rentals Management agreement with you, and our fee is 20% under the agreement.
