Condominium Residences - Marketing Affiliation Program
Our marketing affiliation program for Condo Residences is designed to provide marketing support to property managers who are currently managing all or majority of the condo units within one or more condominium buildings or complexes. This category of lodging is differentiated from traditional hotels or resorts by the fact that Condo Residences are not set up for nightly rental and usually require minimum stays of 3 or 4 nights; and they do not necessarily provide on-site or round-the-clock reception service.
Our services include formatting the display of your property on our website, promoting the complex as a whole under the ‘Condo Residences’ category as well as listing individual condo type in the Vacation Rentals category, thereby providing you with double marketing exposure. You will be able to keep your property information and display current through password access on our website. Periodically we send you a referral report which you verify or amend, and we invoice you based on your feedback.
Direct Referrals
When someone submits a reservation form online, it is forwarded directly to your designated email address which normally is that of your reservation department. You communicate with the potential renter to finalize the booking and process the payment. Our fee in this scenario is 10% of the rental portion of your invoice before taxes, and before deducting any associated costs such as credit card or bank transfer fees.’
Confirmed Bookings
When we receive a reservation request through calls, emails or in person, we may handle the communication process until the renter is ready to book, at which stage we handover the rental details for you to finalize the booking. Our fee in this scenario is 15% of the rental portion of your invoice before taxes, and before deducting any associated costs such as credit card or bank transfer fees.
Payment Services
If you require, we offer the service of collecting payment by credit card or bank transfer and depositing your income in a designated bank account in Costa Rica, net of 20% fees and bank fees. However, you will still be responsible for issuing the rental agreement and processing the damage deposit on arrival.
Note that we are entitled to our fee as long as the renters we referred to you have booked and paid, regardless of changes of dates, rates or properties from the original reservation. Note also that we do randomly survey our website users to get feedback on their booking experience and the quality of their stay.
