Long Term House Rentals – Lodging Directory Advertising

Long Term Rentals for our directory advertising purpose are defined as accommodation that is payable on a monthly rent basis and is not available for rent for less than 1 month.

If your property is available for rent for less than one month, we invite you to list your property in the ‘Vacation Rentals’ category.

Owners and managers of long term rentals can advertise in our directory for a fixed fee of $1 a day per property, payable in advance up to the end of month when you first join, and thereafter in advance from month to month. In our effort to keep our directory current, we will assume the property has been rented and automatically remove it from our directory if monthly payment is not received prior to the last day of the month for the following month.

For instance, if you join our directory on 15 August, $16 is due immediately for the current month, and $30 is due on August 31 for September, and so forth.

The long term rental directory is an automated self-listing service. Advertisers simply sign up and submit information online. Once your payment is received we will turn your ad ‘live’. No invoice will be issued for this category; to continue to run your ad you simply need to ensure that your payment reaches us by the last day of the month.
